CATHARINE PAYZE: MANAGING DIRECTOR (GAICD, MA)

Catharine has a wealth of experience working with universities, government agencies and not-for-profits across industry sectors.

She is accustomed to facilitating the development of new strategies for Executive teams and Boards, and adept at helping organisations manage the change that stems from business improvement initiatives. She is also well versed in the implementation of leadership systems and coaches for performance.

With passion for making a difference, Catharine founded Leadership Locus in 2013.

MANDY POWRIE: ADVISOR (BBA, BA, MA)

Mandy has consulted to not-for-profits, educational institutions and public companies since arriving in Australia in 2008.

She is highly skilled at analysing, synthesising and reproducing information in the form of policy or process recommendations. She is also adept at mediating between differing interests and facilitating dialogue and resolution.

Mandy believes in the power of the individual to accomplish great things and spends much of her time facilitating well being in order to enhance the ultimate performance of individuals and teams.
